It's been a big day. We had a wonderful Easter service at church, took a nice long walk downtown and got some ice cream from Marble Slab, took a nap, and worked on baby proofing the house some more. Gretchen enjoys getting out on these sunny days, even though we make her wear a hat. I love being able to get out with her and get some fresh air and exercise. I haven't made it to the gym once since she was born and the winter weather kept us indoors so the Spring weather has been a welcome change.
Over the past 72 hours, Gretchen has mastered pulling up into standing and is beginning to cruise all on her own. She looooves to hang onto us and walk all over the place. She got to walk barefoot in the clover and thought it was the best thing ever. Also, during this time, Gretchen has had three teeth break through. Three out of the four top front teeth have emerged, which explains some of the sleepless nights over the past week. I can't imagine what she'll look like when they start showing. I'm sure she'll be even cuter.
